Ordering Information
Placing your order with us is fast and easy and can be done directly from this website! REMEMBER that these cards come to you FREE OF CHARGE, as the retail stores advertising on the card are covering the cost of printing and shipping the cards directly to your farm for distribution with your trees. All you need to do is:
Go to Grower’s Tools section on the website and choose the ORDER FORM.
Enter YOUR NAME, the NAME and ADDRESS of your farm, and other contact information requested.
Enter the NUMBER OF TREES that you plan to harvest for the 2006 Christmas season.
Enter the PROJECTED NUMBER OF TREES that you expect to ship/sell for the 2007 Christmas season.
Review the Agreement and CHOOSE YES in the drop-down that says that you agree and will give out the Yuletide Tree Gift cards to your customers.
Press SUBMIT
In early August of 2007 the cards will arrive at your farm. If you are a grower that ships trees all over the country, we will then need you to send out the corresponding amount of cards along with each shipment of trees. The cards will come in boxes of smaller increments so that you will not have to take the time to count hundreds or thousands of cards. If you are a Choose and Cut farm or a farm that sells all or some of what you grow from your own retail operation, then all you need to do is GIVE OUT A CARD TO EACH CUSTOMER WITH A PURCHASE OF A REAL TREE OR WREATH! This is the most important part of our program, as the success of this new vehicle of marketing real trees depends on the cards being used.
All orders need to be placed before March 1st, 2007 so that there is ample time to print and ship all 20 million cards. There may be a demand for more than 20 million cards, but that is the maximum number of cards to be printed for Christmas 2007. They will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis so get your order in as early as possible! If possible, we will try to send everyone an additional 10% of their order in case more cards are needed than anticipated. Once again, there is no charge for these cards -- they are intended to add value to your tree and encourage the consumer to purchase a real Christmas tree -- and if they have an artificial tree, to leave it in its box in the basement where it belongs!
